Innerscape — An initiative to transmit Classical Hatha Yoga in its serene purity and integrity as its been for millennia without any distortions and in its true essence.

Akash, an International business development professional took a break from work to explore yoga, what I discovered through regular practice was something much deeper — a sense of balance, clarity and inner ease that began to touch every aspect of my life.

Yoga became more than a practice; it became a way of being.

This prompted me to undergo a residential teacher training program of five and a half months with a 1750+ hours of intense, rigorously structured, and meticulously crafted training at Adiyogi Alayam, Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore in the year 2023.

Through Innerscape, my hope is to share these set of powerful practices to people to experience for themselves that lasting well-being comes from within.
